Step One: Scoping Meeting:

Exploration and Production (E&P) companies or other investment companies interested in operating in the oil and gas industry may contact the Petrollex team to arrange a cooperation assessment meeting, during which the scope and dimensions of collaboration are reviewed.

Step Two: MoU & CA:

At this stage, a confidentiality agreement is executed between the applicant company and Petrollex to enable the exchange of information.

Step Three: Preparation of a “Collaboration Proposal” by Petrollex:

Relying on its specialized technical, financial, and legal teams, Petrollex prepares a cooperation proposal and submits a draft representation agreement for negotiations to the applicant.

Step Four: Execution of the Representation Agreement:

At this stage, the representation agreement for negotiations is executed between the applicant company and Petrollex
