Step One: Scoping Meeting:

Companies seeking risk assessment services, as well as insurance companies active in the upstream sector (EED), may contact the Petrollex team to arrange a cooperation assessment meeting, during which the scope of collaboration is reviewed.

Step Two: MoU & CA:

A confidentiality agreement is executed between the applicant company and Petrollex to enable the exchange of information related to claims and dispute files.

Step Three: Preparation of a “Cooperation Proposal” by Petrollex:

Relying on its specialized technical, financial, and legal teams, Petrollex prepares a cooper ation proposal.

Step Four: Execution of the Risk Assessment or Upstream Insurance Advisory Agreement:

At this stage, the risk assessment services agreement or upstream insurance advisory services agreement is executed between the applicant company and Petrollex.
