Step One: Scoping Meeting

Companies seeking dispute resolution services may contact the Petrollex team to arrange a cooperation assessment meeting, during which the scope of collaboration is reviewed.

Step Two: MoU & CA
A confidentiality agreement is executed between the applicant company and Petrollex to enable the exchange of information related to claims and dispute files.

Step Three: Preparation of a “Dispute Resolution Strategy” by Petrollex:
with the support of its technical, financial, and legal experts, Petrollex prepares a dispute resolution strategy and submits a draft dispute resolution services agreement to the applicant.

Step Four: Execution of the Dispute Resolution Services Agreement:
At this stage, the dispute resolution services agreement is executed between the applicant company and Petrollex.
